Colton not only handled all my extra issues, as well as, having amazing knowledge for all my special needs. This week I ran into another problem and he took all the stress from me and fixed all the problems for me dropping a blank check and having it blow away. Their business and protection service is a cut above the rest. I am so grateful to be part of such a personable bank.”

“Colin was wonderful, informative, and helpful. Walked us through every step of opening up a new account. This has nothing to do with Colin but I would caution new users at this location (Maize and 13th) there isn't any line or queue or at least anyone to greet us to let us know where to wait or who to see. So we sat at the 4 green chairs and I hoped I was in the right place to be helped (it was). There was a long line after we left so Sat mornings can be busy. I also appreciated that a new user can get their debit card that day instead of waiting for it in the mail.

“Started banking at 53rd & Maize Rd in 1988. Wouldn’t even think of changing banks. The lady who helps me at your 21st & Maize location is beyond customer service. All of the things the bosses want employees to do to present their bank in a positive light—she does them. The customer service she provides—it’s genuine. No fake interest. No “Hurry. I need to do something else.” When I come inside the building, she is always there, always willing, always earnest. With her, good customer service isn’t a goal—it’s a given. “I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.”
