“Our church banks with Halstead and we are very happy with their services. I have visited them for business on several occasions and every single time they have been very nice to us. When we have had atypical questions they are prompt to call anyone with an answer including Vice Presidents to get an answer promptly. Even though everyone has been very nice this is a shout out to Brianna who has been excellent at helping us every time.They are so nice they even have coffee in the lobby which I enjoy every time I visit them.I highly recommend Halstead Bank especially this branch in Maize.”

“Had a AMAZING experience opening my first brand new account at this branch recently! I switched to CUA from Wells Fargo due to many reasons! Opening the account was simple and easy and did it no problems what so ever! The lady helping me Lanelle was perfect she explained everything down to the fine point and was able to answer all my question! They had a few problems with there temporary card printer and it was past closing time but they didn't kick me out the door with out a temp card at all! They took the time to get it all back up an running so i could walk out all set to go! This branch is AMAZING and definitely going to be my home branch and I am never switching again!”

“I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.”

“Apparently this is the friendliest bank in the world and with super attentive customer service when you go inside. They handle account admin changes very well. Easy to park. They have safe deposit boxes. They have a drive thru too! Some customer brought the staff homemade biscotti and they were very gracious about it. Other banks can be dour with stressed customers but not here”
