“The transit station is pretty much where everybody hangs out to get anywhere in town. I just wish it was a better schedule that it runs. Sometimes I sit there and because I've just missed the last one it takes almost an hour to get another one but it does need improving.”
“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”

“This was by far the best car rental experience we have had. The young gentleman that helped set us up was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name, we came 6/6 at noon. We had selected a 7 seat SUV and he let us look at and choose from several options available and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The vehicle was clean and worked great for our road trip with zero issues. The car l vehicle looked, smelled, and drove like it was brand new. It was very well maintained. The Avis price almost seemed too good to be true compared to the other rental agencies around us since it was close to less than half the cost of anything else we found but there were no catches. We received great service with an overall awesome experience and will be back in the future.”

“The minivan we were to rent had a tire issue. It took a significant amount of time to convince the agent that there was an issue. The van was finally taken to a tire shop where the issue was confirmed. The replacement vehicle was a fullsize SUV which was a wonderful upgrade. We then ran late returning the SUV and were told by the agent that we would be charged a full extra day. However we received a text that said if we returned the SUV by 8am the following day there would be no additional charges. We will be returning the SUV by 8am tomorrow. Overall an excellent ending to a shaky start.”
