Open banking hours, and don't have a kiosk/drop box for packages. How is the working class supposed to ship items if they need to!? Super frustrating. On the bright side, the employees here are super nice. Probably some of the best gov employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Super helpful.

I live at the Trails in Derby. The postal carrier saw me out walking when it was icy. She checked on me when I came to get my mail as she was afraid I would fall. There had been an ambulance called and was at the apartment complex I had just walked behind. Thank you to her for checking on me. This was in Wednesday.

The staff were both very polite and professional. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes.
