“When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. Kudos for hiring such a wonderful employee. Thank you. This is the first time we have ever dealt with Estes. Our delivery was Thur. Jun 15, 2023.

“Absolutely stellar experience! I had to ship a high dollar, specialty sewing machine (without the original box) and I was a nervous wreck until I knew it arrived safely. The recipient said it was packed extremely well. I am so thankful for the care they took in packing it up.
Also, their staff was very helpful and informative while giving me a realistic quote beforehand. This was a great experience start to finish. So very thankful for them.”
