They offered us to wait in their waiting room in the ac so we wouldn’t be out in the heat waiting for help. Definitely have not lost all faith in humanity! I had never met Toni before and he did not have to help but he went out of his way to take a look at the car, call the rental company to try and get a new one on the way and when the rental company was no help he ended up fixing the car and sending us on our way! “Lopp Motors sent out one of their people in parts to assist us with a flat tire on the Bypass and Fairway on 12/2/21. Our Jack did not go up high enough and we couldn’t put the full spare tire on to replace the flat tire. They got someone out to assist us right away and he finished putting on the spare for us.
