“Shawn is GREAT! He drove my car, diagnosed the problem quickly, and easily fixed it. I was just visiting DC and my car started making a funny sound. I needed to drive back to Pratt but didn't know if I should. I had called two other places. One was too busy to just drive my car for a few minutes. The other place had me leave a message, but never called back. Best One quickly said to come and they would diagnose it, which they did.”

“Jose was fantastic! Passing through town somewhat late, the truck threw a bunch of warning lights to check. We stopped at an auto parts store to see what the code was, and it was an engine timing issue from a solenoid. We called Jose, and he met us at the store. It was late and dark, so we ended up getting a hotel with a plan to meet him first thing in the morning. He took it apart, checked the solenoid, cleaned everything up, cleared the codes, and got us back on the road very fast. I am immensely impressed with his caring, and ability to accommodate us. I fully recommend him to anyone needing help with their vehicle. Thank you Jose!”

I was thinking because I had already talked to two other shops and was told maybe next week, I could an earlier date.
