“Sorry for the long review. I like to paint a picture.
Had a trailer tire blow out on my way from Amarillo to Dodge City. Anyone who has made that trip using Hwy 60 and Hwy 283 knows that there is next to nothing out there. I searched for tire shops and the closest one was like 60 miles away. I was loaded light and it was cool outside so I decided to gamble and limp the last hundred miles to Dodge City and wait until Monday morning to get a tire so I could avoid the after hours call out fee. Checked the reviews and talked to alot of cow haulers unloading at National Beef and just about everyone I talked to said Best One Tires is the best choice. Monday morning I called to see if they had what I needed and they did. I limped to their shop and they went right to work. Put 2 new trailer tires on and when it was time to settle up we discovered that they'd mistakenly put a different tire on my trailer. They put an all position tire instead of a trailer tire. They could've easily said they didn't have the other tires and sold me the more expensive tires but they were honest and the tire man ran out there, got 2 other guys to help him and swapped the tires out real quick. They had to dismount the tires they put then mount the right tires and even with all the extra work they still had me back on the road in just under 45 minutes. When it was all said and done my terminal manager and me discovered that they'd beat the price our local tire shop at home charged us for the last pair of trailer tires I had put on. We get taken advantage of so much out on the road because these tire shops and repair shops know that we don't have a choice when we need tires are repairs on the road. It felt great to find some good honest people out there. While I hope I never have to use them again, if I ever need tires or tire repairs around Dodge City in the future I will definitely use Best One Tires.”
“My fuel pump went bad called a couple of places before I found this one he told me bring it in and fixed it fast and very professional and very knowledgeable best price in town very affordable my go to mechanic for now on thank you.”

My son took in his Buick .. and while the older service guy at the desk can be difficult and blunt ... the other men are awesome and have great customer service. They fixed the issue quickly, at a good price and he was back on the road.”

“My broke down later in the day. He came out and towed my car to his shop. He billed for two hours of work despite keeping 4 men past close about 40 minutes to get me back on the road. I think he under billed by about 3 hours when it was said and done.”

“If you need repairs for your vehicle the best shop in Dodge City is Tony's Auto Repair. I went to Tony's at 11 am today to see when he could replace the brakes on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. I was thinking because I had already talked to two other shops and was told maybe next week, I could an earlier date. Tony told me could do now. and his estimate was less than a third what I had been quoted at the other shops. He is professional, honest and courteous and friendly. I will be taking my vehicles to Tony and recommending him to all my family and friends. Thank you, Tony”
