“A year ago we I purchased a vehicle for my wife. It was. 2023 ford Explore we dealt with Chance. So this year I came in to see Chance to buy a vehicle for myself Once again Chance was super. He took the time to see and hear what exactly my wants and needs were He gave me several options to choose from and explained everything. In fact I was the Parts Manager for 11 years when it was Skaggs Motors I do know how the car selling business work I can tell you the staff that I worked with were top notch people. They were professional and friendly They really do have my best interest at heart. They say what they are going to do and do what they say. “Lopp Motors sent out one of their people in parts to assist us with a flat tire on the Bypass and Fairway on 12/2/21. Our Jack did not go up high enough and we couldn’t put the full spare tire on to replace the flat tire. They got someone out to assist us right away and he finished putting on the spare for us. We appreciate Lopp Motors and the way they go above and beyond for their loyal customers. Thank you so much for helping us during our time of need!”

I approached a man who was hard at work outside, he led me to the boss man in the office and they were both beyond humble and sweet! Amazing customer service! “We were in Dodge City from out of state and had a Nox sensor issue. It was a serious problem as we were heading to Colorado the next day, pulling an 43 foot foot wheel.
