“I love this store you can really find some good bargains. I must admit the one in Kansas City by Oak Park Mall is much better than the one in Topeka. It is also bigger and been there longer. I still have hope for the Topeka store.”

“Staff is outstanding here, very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The downside is the store is a little rundown. Lots of homeless people frequent the area and don't smell the greatest, but you can tell the management and associates do their best to keep them from stealing and causing problems in the store. My go-to for many items I need.”

“This location was so well put together and so clean. But the cashier was a bit shy or she was ignoring me on purpose when I kept on saying hello; especially since she was staring me down . Don’t know how to feel about that .”
“I gave this particular store 5 stars since it was the cleanest and most well-organized Dollar Tree I have been in. The merchandise was arranged neatly and made my search easier to find than other locations I have been in. I visit different locations due to Facebook or TikTok posts I've seen and wanting to try different products myself. Even though I didn't need assistance, I did overhear the staff helping other customers and they were polite and friendly. Although this location didn't have everything I wanted it was worth the trip and I will definitely be back.”

“I came early this morning, the cashier was not at the register, so I rang the bell and she arrived a bit rude, to which I didn't pay much attention. I know they are busy, they had a lot of people in the store and were organizing merchandise. What really left me wanting to return was the manager's action. She was overly kind and sweet, she apologized in a very nice and professional way, she truly values her job and deserves the best”
“My got to spot for reasonable priced necessities. The employees are great, Especially Lisa and Jess, I also miss Mo wherever she went. I've been frequenting this location for 20 years and yes it's had it's ups and downs but the current employees are great. They actually get stock put away before it sells. Good job ladies and shout out to the Brother at the register with the skull cap, idk his name but he is very professional no matter how you approach him. But they were absolutely amazing, So knowledgeable, And you could tell they knew that store like the back of their hand. Out where I live in johnson county, The dollar tree stores are a mess, and They may have some good deals here and there, but for the most part, It's almost so hectic, that It's not worth going. This place was the exact opposite of that!! It was so well organized, In the amount of stuff that had to pick from, Not just food wise, but everything you can think of From home goods to decoration to cleaning Even pillows, rugs In gardening stuff et cetera! Everything was so organized and well stocked! There is a reason that this place is number one across the board. GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!”

“I was in the store this morning. I've not been in this Dollar General in many years. The store is very clean and organized. I was able to get make-up and nail stuff WITHOUT having to track down an employee. I say that because so many retailers now, the make-up and nail products are locked up, and you have to track down an employee. According to my receipt my cashier was Toubal. She was super sweet and nice! She asked me if I had a coupon. Since my total was over $25 and its Saturday, Dollar General uses coupons for this type of transaction. Toubal grabbed a coupon. The first two coupons didn't scan. The third one did. Thank you Toubal! I will definitely be back!”
