“Yesterday 6-21-25 we were at the veterans reunion and it was sooo hot and the screen on my Samsung went black. People were trying to help. So I decided to go to the T-MOBILE store and possibly get a different phone I didn't want. I'm 74 and not a fan of learning new things. At least 6 people at the reunion tried to fix my phone. We walked into the tmobile store and Caleb was right there to listen to my sad tell and assured he could help me. He said your phone isnt broken the brightness was turned off! I can't decide if I was more relieved or embarrassed. I had computer whites trying to help me at the reunion. Lol Caleb assured me there was no reason for me to embarrassed. He did such a great job taking care of this crazy lady and making her feel comfortable. I wish every business had customer service like I received. Thank you so much. Now my family on the other hand enjoyed the out come. Lol it was comical but Caleb didn't make me feel bad.
