Closing 30 minutes before the d*** paper print out taped to the door says, then rolling your eyes when I try to open a locked door when 2 employees are sitting inside helping one customer, then letting me stand there for 3 minutes before you finally mouth “were closed” is not good customer service, far from it.

V went above and beyond taking care of my son who is vacationing in Costa Rica with some classmates and teacher. I was worried he wouldn't have service in Costa Rica but V did everything she could to make sure that didn't happen.
