“The sales rep Emily was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me out and get me a great deal on a phone. She answered all my questions and even responded to text question at 10pm before I decided to sign up for their service. She even did her best to get me a deal on accessories, like a phone cover and screen protector. She is honest and doesn't give you the sales pitch like the guys at Verizon.
