Or maybe a boomer got ahold of a computer and is just as confused as the rest of us, unknowing that they've created a business listing and uploaded pictures of a very delicious looking steak. Either way they have my undying loyalty. 5 stars.”

“One of your workers talked me into getting a Cricket wireless phone plan to get me a phone that actually works 100% of the time Jessica helped me make my choice and I'm glad that I made that choice honestly a phone that actually works 100% of the time not a good 30% of the time like I was one of you sneezed funny with my old phone you lost service this phone isn't judgemental like that and I actually love it a lot more storage I just love the phone all the way around”

“I went to T-Mobile seeking assistance with my phone, a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and to purchase an Otterbox Defender Pro case for the same phone. I wasn't sure that the staff could or would help me since I'm not a T-Mobile subscriber, but my carrier uses the T-Mobile towers and I was hoping that would be enough. The young lady that assisted me was very kind, patient (I'm an old man), and was able to setup my phone so that I could use it away from home. I had attempted to follow the written directions provided by my carrier, but I apparently lacked the necessary youthfulness and familiarity with modern telephonics.”

“I have bought straight talk phones at Wal mart for years (at least 15) but all of a sudden they try to push you in to buying T-Mobil. I'm very pleased to buy a card for service and go on without all the hidden charges of T-Mobil. I have been in the store 4 times to buy a new phone as mine is damaged, however this is what I get.....if I buy Straight Talk they WILL not transfer my information from my old phone (They always have in the past) If I switch to T- Mobil they will. What kind of crap is this??How do I contact a manager to complain???I'm a Senior Citizen and so tired of being disrespected by in my opinion LAZY workers”

“Gage helped me yesterday and was incredibly knowledgeable. I went in to get a new phone and he had me all set and out the door within 20 minutes. I had to go back in the store later after getting myself locked out of my new phone. He knew how to fix it within a couple minutes. Also he didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff or pressure me with promotions which made the experience much more comfortable and relaxing! I’ve been going to this store for years and have never met a rude associate or dealt with a bad experience. ??”
