“I went there looking for something to tie a sign to my backpack and I asked the clerk person and I was told that they didn't have what I wanted. But I was told that the dollar store down the road might. In the course of our conversation I told her I was traveling to Appleton city Missouri. She said that she might be able to help me get there and gave me a number of someone who she said might know someone heading that way.”
