Purchased 3"haul master straps first time using snapped and lost brand new chassis off trailer. Didn't make it 5 miles from chassis shop. Called harbour freight about it and was told they will replace straps. Didn't care about the damage done to brand new chassis. Wasn't asking for a new chassis, i figured some kind of help on the damaged parts would have been the right thing to do. Employee told me all straps are made in same factory around the country and distributed to different stores. Which is not true at all. Pretty much acted like I don't know how to strap a car down to a trailer. The only strap that did not break was the strap I had on the rear of the chassis that I've had for several years. Both brand new haul master straps that were on front snapped. You would think being a product that is owned by harbour freight that they would want to do something about their customers loss. Like I said I never asked for a new chassis just some kind of help with the damage I'm gonna have to pay for now. Thank god there wasn't a car behind us or coming toward us when it happened cause someone may have been seriously injured.

Drive 25 mins to store, online shows in stock. Get to store, none in stock. Drive 25 mins back home empty handed. Waste of my time, thank you!! 👍🏻

Great reliable tools at very affordable prices. Been shopping with harbor freight my whole life, never been disappointed. I have had one air stapler break over that entire time. It was heavily used and abused during its life. I bought another one exactly like it. Can’t go wrong with these tools.
Well I guess I shouldn’t have left a five star review. I came here yesterday to buy some scaffolding that the site said they had in stock. Turns out harbor freight inventories display units. They will NOT sell the display unit. I believe this is a tactic to get us in the store. This wasted my time, driving 20 minutes to get here, and I didn’t buy anything else. So if you see they have one in stock, that means they are out of stock. I love this store but this really pissed me off.

I bought a 21 gallon Mcgraw air compressor [57259] from the Frontenac Kansas store, and a year later the machine quit working. I am not able to get parts for the machine anywhere. You should let your customers know that there is a SHORTAGE OF PARTS before buying any mechanical products.Anyone should know before buying an air compressor from harbor freight, "If it breaks down, you will not get any new parts to replace the old parts.If I could lave a zero star review for this product I would.$300 down the drain.The piston inside the machine wore the capsule cylinder was destroyed from the number 8 piston and the connecting rod was also destroyed.The O ring was faulty as well. Five parts total that I could not get replaced.
