“It's a nice little auto parts store. I use it for my business to buy supplies it parts. I didn't go there for a while because something's they couldn't find it it was gonna be a week or on the parts and i couldn't wait that long. I'm not sure what change i had visited there for some supplies and i want let down this time. Cheap parts and supplies. Comparable to napa.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this business and the owner, Javier.
I was driving home from a 9-hour trip when my car broke down about 3.5 hours from home in Garden City—after it had already broken down and been “fixed” at the start of my trip. It was late in the afternoon, and the local Ford dealership couldn’t get me in. I called multiple repair shops in town, but no one was available.
Almost out of options, I called a nearby shop, only to realize it was actually an auto body shop, not a mechanic. Despite that, Javier answered the phone and immediately said he would help.
He personally drove out to where we were stranded with tools, contacted his mechanic friend, and started diagnosing the issue on the spot. He then helped us get the car to his shop just down the road. Once there, he continued troubleshooting with his employees, even speaking directly with the mechanic who had previously worked on my car.
On top of that, my partner and I needed to get a rental car quickly before the location closed. When we called an Uber, Javier insisted we take his personal vehicle instead.
By the time we got back, Javier and his team had reset my car’s computer system, giving us a temporary fix that allowed me to drive much closer to home while my partner followed in the rental.
When we tried to pay him, he refused. He said he believes in helping people. He even texted me later that night to check that we made it home safely and gave us honest advice on next steps to avoid unnecessary costs.
His kindness, generosity, and integrity were truly incredible. He went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, especially for someone who wasn’t even a customer.
If you’re considering working with this business, you can trust that you’re in honest, capable, and genuinely caring hands. I would recommend Varela Auto Body/Javier without hesitation.”
