My frustration comes from the online banking service via app.This has been my bank for a long time. They were behind the times when it came to mobile deposit. Recently I got married. We got a lot of checks as gifts. First of all the checks are charged a .50 fee for mobile deposit. My wife’s bank does not. I’m putting my money into YOUR bank to further make money on.My wife’s deposits went in automatically, hassle free. She didn’t even have the mobile deposit or bank institution filled out on the check. I got a message saying all checks were voided because I didn’t put that info. So I filled out the info and resent. I then got another voided message because her name were on the checks as well and they wouldn’t take them. Why wasn’t that included in the first message? Now I had written extra stuff on them and have to open a joint account? I gave the checks to my wife and they went into her bank without question.Not sure how your service can be so terrible AND you can still charge for this service.

The employees here are completely incompetent. Went in to try to pay off an auto loan and it seemed like every employee said a different number that was due. Paid off what was originally said to me, just to get home and see that I still owed $10, called them and that person told me I still owed $11, had to go BACK in and pay the $11 and they STILL can't provide proof that we paid it off. Who knows how much more they will try to get out of us tomorrow...Also they couldn't take a debit card, or a check, so I had to pay in cash and they still needed the payment to "process" before they could provide me with proof I paid it off. At this rate we will NEVER get the title to OUR vehicle.If I could give them zero stars THAT would still be too many for the horrible interaction I have had with these people.

They no longer offer one in one customer service. They want you to use the atm inside. This makes you feel like the customer is not important.

I have banked with this bank since I moved back to Kansas in 2007. I have been very pleased until recently. It has become very impersonal over the last year. All of your transactions are done at the ATM now. whether you are withdrawing, making a deposit or just cashing a check. I was wanting to cash a check the other day and one of the ATMs was not working. The other ATM had someone trying to make multiple deposits. The machine kept spitting some of the bills back out. After multiple attempts one of the employees stepped in and was able to change out the bills for her with bills that the machine finally accepted. While I like the convenience of being able to make deposits and withdraws after hours you sol if both machines happen to be down even if the employees are there. If they are able to swap out a bill the machine doesn't like then they should be able to process deposits or withdraws when the machines are down. The only reason I haven,t changed banks yet is because of bills I pay online that I will have to go in and change all my info.

When I turned 16, my parents took me in here to open a bank account. I've been with them ever since! It's conveniently located in WalMart and has two other locations in Gardner. If you open a checkings account, ask about the It Makes Cents (IMC). I was signed up for it for a year, and Tyler just helped me reactivate it. They round up the amount you spend to the closest dollar, places it in your savings, and you get 5% interest on the amount every month. It doesn't seem like a lot, but why not make some money while saving?

Several of the CNB employees have been good to us through the years. Some haven't. Overall, it's becoming more impersonal visit to the bank. ITM's and ATM's are taking place of humans. I had a positive experience with some of the new staff at the bank earlier today, better than the old staff

I've been with them since 2010. They are always friendly and I love that they're open late. The only issue is that the lines get to be pretty long since it is inside a Walmart. Other than that, this bank is wonderful.
