They are informative and friendly in my opinion. They have great rates. It is convenient to have an office at my local Walmart (one top shop), online service and being able to use the ITM machine option. The employees at the local office and even the tellers at the ITM remembers who we are.

They no longer offer one in one customer service. They want you to use the atm inside. This makes you feel like the customer is not important.
