“I'm always treated so kindly at this post office. I drive 20 minutes out of the way to go here because Carol & Sam are so helpful and provide the best customer service. I wish every post office worker was as gracious and welcoming as these two workers. Definitely recommend driving here just to experience the difference in the post office versus offices in North Johnson County.”

“Ive been here a handful of times and each time I have had a good experience. Sure there is a line sometimes but it’s not like Olathe is some small town. This is a very busy location and its understaffed unfortunately, but thats not the employees fault. Give some grace and be kind, they have processes they have to follow and it can take time!”
