“Very pleased with the help I recieved today (03/9/2026). I discovered both my brake lights were not working. Gpddard Oriellys was absolutely no help because my housings had 2 screws!! I addressed my situation to Nick & he jumped right into action insuring it was actually my bulbs & making sure they worked all while making sure the phone was amswered & the other customers that came in were taken care of! May I add, he was the ONLY one in the store at that time. It was definitely an extraordinary experience I've ever had at a part store. Thank you Nick. Goddard AUTO ZONE is awesome!!”
