My only complaint is that I received many contacts from the Internet sales department even though I was already working with a Mazda sales representative and moving forward with the purchase. Since I was already in the process with the Mazda representative, I don't think the online sales department was necessary. It was a little confusing at first, so I would appreciate it if information could be shared internally to avoid this situation in the future.”

So we had to bring our cars in for hail damage repair on separate occasions. Absolutely annoying. Crash Champions kept us in the know, communication was solid throughout, and made it easy to obtain and drop off rentals. They exceeded expectations at every turn, and our cars come back to us looking phenomenal. Every time, lol. Hopefully the weather leaves our cars alone for a while.”

“I recently returned to Wichita for business. I was able to schedule an oil change, fuel injection and wheel alignment with Emily. The service was exceptional. Emily was able to fit me in last minute and had me out within a very short period of time. Unfortunately, the following week, I noticed the coolant level had dropped significantly. I had also documented new coolant stains on the concrete where I was parked...total downer. Emily again was very accomodating and scheduled me for same day service to replace the upper radiator hose. I was in and out within a very short period of time. It was a stressful time with deadlines and additional issues with the subject vehicle, but Emily and Eric were very understanding and accomodating. Thanks to Emily and Eric, my vehicle is in tip-top shape again. I was in Wichita, KS for a few cases. I drove from Los Angeles to multiple cases in Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Kansas. I was close to reaching the 5,000 service mark by the time I arrived in Wichita. I scheduled an oil change/vehicle service for next day at 9:00 am. I arrived approximatley twenty minutes early and without question, they took my vehicle. The service was excellent. I always worry about going to different dealerships for service, but this location put that at ease. The service rep informed me everything was good and I should sometime in the near future get the fuel treatment. I went ahead and had them do the fuel treatment following the oil change. Definitely returning to this dealership when in the area for business.”
