“Flew from Denver to purchase a BMW M5 in Jan '23. It has spent 31 days in the shop for engine light (fuel pump, then a turbo failed). They charged a doc fee and didn't send the docs to Denver until April. In May, Denver DMV notified dealer that the application was incomplete…Update: Wes went above and beyond to make it right, working with BMW Denver Downtown to get the car back in order, refunded doc fee and overnighted the docs to me so I could take them myself. Service at every manufacturer’s dealership has declined lately, but Wes has it right. Cheers!”

“Carstar did a good job on my vehicle .My only issue was the time involved to complete the repair. However most of it was not their fault. More damage was found after the fact and the body shop had to make an amended estimate to the insurance company which slowed down the process plus it was over the Christmas holidays and the insurance company drugged theirfeet in completing their new amended estimate. A one week repair turned into one month. The work done by CarStar was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair.”
