“Wonderful customer service. My Escape decided to fail while driving through Goddard.
There was a sales rep that help my Grandfather try to diagnose the issue. They let us keep the car park there while we picked up a car trailer. The service guy, yet again, helped as a nail was found in the car trailer tire.
He tried again to help us diagnose the car issue a prior to putting the car on the trailer.
