“I had been a member for over 25 years. I had been repeatedly turned down and not approved for a car loan and mortgage loan. I had to obtain loans with outside financing institutions. This was disappointing because my longevity with this bank wasn’t a factor in their decision making. I guess being a member for over 25 years doesn’t matter.”
