“Accurate and reliable coverage on my most expensive items such as my home and cars is very important. I had been with Geico for decades seeing no real use for an agent because I've never had a wreck for any claims of any kind. I started feeling more like a number and not an individual so I thought I'd give you an independent agency a try. They work really hard to get me the best deal possible and the best coverage for the money and I was very happy. That was a year ago. This year they got me an even a better deal. They stay in touch with me to see if there's anything I need and at times when I needed proof of coverage for stings like in my storage shed or on my property they've been right there they took care of it faster than I could have done it. I'm really glad I made this decision. I may have to leave a message sometime but I get a response within hours if not minutes. Price is one thing but you can't really decide when you get good service until after your involved for a while and I'm certainly glad I'm involved with this agency”
“I had locked my car key in my car. My Allstate Roadside assistance sent a truck to assist me in about 30 minutes. The gentleman driving the truck was very polite and so helpful he opened my car door in about three to five minutes. He left as swiftly as he arrived. I am so very happy, my only regret is not taking a photo.”
