I really love Mike Dillmon's office! In the past 6+ years, I have needed their direct help for both a house fire and an auto accident; the communication, integrity, and speed of assistance shown by all staff members (esp. Mike and Amy) was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Cynthia has been awesome in helping with some recent claims I've had. She is very responsive to emails or phone calls. It's possible to deal directly with SF Corporate online, but when I don't get responses there Cynthia has been extremely proactive in getting answers for me.
