“I want to highly recommend West Wichita-Tyler Road Uhaul and storage. I had used them several times in the last several months to rent a trailer, get boxes, and eventually rent a truck at the last moment because the moving company did not plan adequately. Each time I went there, the staff (both ladies) were so helpful, courteous with a pleasant personality and an extra five miles of customer service like no other. They hooked up the trailer when needed, loaded all the boxes in my vehicle, and had a 26 foot truck on hold for a couple of hours which I ended up needing an hour before they closed. They made a nightmare with a moving company possible to get ALL of the remainder of our belongings to another state. Thank you for the great customer service you provided.
