“This location is close to our home. It was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy access in and out and was able to park my car there while we used the truck. Pick up and return were easy. Great flexibility! Thank you for making it all so easy! Seems rare these days!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Wichita
600 South Holland Street, Wichita KS 67209
“I’ve had a storage unit here for a couple months now have even rented a few things from U-Haul as well to be able to move into my house my husband came to drop stuff in the trash yesterday and had absolutely no issues, dumpster weren’t locked up or anything. I came with him today now mind you I’m mixed, and suddenly the employee is asking “are you even a U-Haul customer?” After literally watching me go to check in. Now for the first time in history since I’ve rented storage through them they have the dumpster locked and a truck blocking its path. I didn’t even need to dump anything this time simply just grabbing my things. But can’t help but honestly feel there’s a little racism in play with this one. It’s never been a problem for my white husband to dump trash here through our move, you guys even informed him it was there when he rented the trailer from you. Crazy to me and I’ll honestly look for storage else where. Honestly been in a tough patch lately and took it a little further than I needed to. They’ve worked with me in my financial hardship and honestly that’s satisfactory enough for me to I change my earlier review.”
