He did give off a strong ‘you’re delaying my smoke break’ vibe—lit one up the second we were done—so I’m not sure if I personally annoyed him, or if I just showed up at the wrong moment. Either way, the service itself was fine and I left with the info I needed, just without the warm and fuzzy customer-service glow that I'm used to from them.”
