    “The power had gone out at certain parts of town, including the hotel I was staying at. I called the Dollar Tree and I was told that they still had power. I wanted to get a candle and a flashlight just in case the sun went down and the room got dark. I walked in the store and Ariel took the time to suggest which candle had more longevity, and also showed me the flashlights and batteries. She showed great customer service and I was very happy for her help. Thanks Ariel for your professionalism. I would also like to add that Dollar Tree had just the right items to ensure that no matter how long the power was down I wouldn’t be sitting in the dark.”

    “We stopped at this location after being treated rudely and disrespectful at the other location to the east. Came in there was a gentleman on crutches was very respectful when I walked in the store as we were looking around for an item that we couldn't find we asked him for its location and he wasn't 100% but walked with us to find it. Upon finding it he asked if we needed help finding anything else and we told him we were okay. We got up to the register to check out and he was fixing items on the shelf and he made it right over there was no wait like we dealt with at the other store. We were greeted asked if we needed help with anything else and told to have a wonderful day! The store was in great shape the floors were a little dirty but to be expected with the current weather in the area. But in my $2,200 mile trip and the Dollar generals that I stopped at but this was by far the most respectful I had been treated and when the cleanest well stocked stores I have been in.”
