“I purchased the last bag of a particular brand of cat litter. Knowing I would need more very soon, since I have 3 cats, I asked the clerk when they would be receiving any more. She didn't know. I checked back this week and purchased their last 2 bags. I sure hope they stock more regularly, as I know others who use this brand too. I don't like having to buy and lug these every week, but hopefully they will keep more stocked. I felt guilty buying them out twice.”
“Great Service, quality work, but got overcharged due to not getting a call about a minor issue. I Was told by lady I talked to on the phone, that if any issues came up they would call me. My girlfriend dropped off vehicle around 9am and the lady she talked to in person told her as well if anything came up they would call me. I never got a call until I called at 4:30. Then was told after job was almost done that they had to charge an extra $75. For a little rust and broken trim clips. Really didn't feel I should of had to pay for something I did not authorize. They should of called me before replacing parts that I have at home and could of done myself. $260. Job turned into $355. Even though it wasn't the installers fault that receptionists didn't do their job

“A really nice Harbor Freight in the town of Great Bend. The Salina Harbor Freight didn't have my rechargeable battery in stock so I called this store up in Great Bend. Jennifer took my call and she said she had one in stock and she put it aside for me and I grabbed it the next day on saturday. Jennifer was also working that day and remembered me from my phone call on Friday. It seemed like Jennifer was practically running the Great Bend store she deserves a raise!?? I would definitely come to the store again if they didn't have what I needed in Salina”

“The staff are extremely helpful. I go here first when it comes to tools and lawn and garden. I recently started making homemade wine because I'm so bad at choosing wine that I thought it would be a good way to learn and enjoy a retirement hobby. Waters is the only brewing store within the area. Prices are very reasonable. The 5 gram packets of yeast, 65 cents. Everything else the same as the best online prices.”
