“This store is great “depending on who you get” Tony he is the assistant manager this man is amazing he keeps his word and works hard for the customers, he needs a raise!!! As for the high schoolers that work there or young adults that don’t care about anything but a check please help them to remember you don’t have to work they can find a job somewhere where it’s not going to matter…. Tony the assistant manager goes the distance!!! I have enjoyed shopping at shoe sensation because they help and remember their customers. There are times I won’t go there for a year or more because of the way I have been treated… I don’t write many good reviews mostly negative, but because of Tony I am writing this review to make sure people know if you are not ridiculous and and a customer that can’t be pleased… definitely shop here otherwise if you can’t be pleased or polite shop at Walmart because that is what you deserve… THANK YOU shoe sensation and definitely thank you Tony!!”

“It was great Hibbets was having a lucky shoe sale which if it was your size u were lucky they didn't have my size but I went ahead and bought some for the women's Oxford house sober living they really came in handy and I'm thankful the young lady Shanely was very nice and helpful I will be back that's for sure.”
