“I have rented an apartment for my FHSU student here since Nov (24). The unit was completely rehabbed as it relates to carpet and paint. The unit is spacious and clean. The property manager Maralene is very friendly and was so helpful before, during and after the move-in and responds very quickly to inquiries. Maintenance requests are handed in an extremely timely manner. We are very happy renting at Stonepost. Many of the rentals in Hays are nasty and sketchy, so we were happy to rent at Stonepost.”
