109 E 4th St, Hays KS 67601
“I have rented an apartment for my FHSU student here since Nov (24). The unit was completely rehabbed as it relates to carpet and paint. The unit is spacious and clean. The property manager Maralene is very friendly and was so helpful before, during and after the move-in and responds very quickly to inquiries. Maintenance requests are handed in an extremely timely manner. We are very happy renting at Stonepost. Many of the rentals in Hays are nasty and sketchy, so we were happy to rent at Stonepost.”

“The apartment was in a wonderful location near downtown. Place was quiet and well taken care off. Price wasn't expensive and the few years living there was what I needed.”

“We are so happy with this company and staff. My son is a grad student at the university and he has the perfect apartment. They are very nice and accommodating. I feel good knowing that he is in a clean and well managed place. Thank-you.”
