About Professional Rental Management
We offer 12 Month leases for every apartment. After the lease has ended, the tenant has the choice of re-siging for up to 12 more months or continue as a month-to-month lease. Additionally, we will provide 6 month leases to apartments located away from campus.

Rented from these guys for 4 years. Loved my apartment, decent rent with internet, w/s/g included. The very few issues I had were resolved immediately and the guys were always friendly and professional. ?
