“Amazing customer service! We called about an issue with our washing machine and they showed up the next day right at our scheduled appointment time. When the parts that he replaced didn’t fix the issue, they came back the next day to diagnose further and we found out the transmission went out. They applied what we paid the day before towards the purchase of a new washer. They are even bringing us a loaner washer until the one we ordered gets in! We are so thankful for Kyle and Derek for helping us out so quickly! Definitely the best place to purchase or repair an appliance. Thanks again!”
“Nice Home Depot that is here in Hays Kansas. Store was nicely organized and easy to find everything. Employees were very helpful and kind. Had a lot of stuff in the tool aisle. Everything in order and nicely organized. I live in Salina with no Home Depot and I would gladly travel to this Home Depot again if I needed any of thing from Home Depot. Instead of going to Manhattan or Hutchinson or Wichita. Recommended highly”
