Brady is the GOAT! Super friendly and very helpful. He has great customer service skills like the Chick-Fil-A employees. It was a pleasure having Brady as my banker while I lived in Hays. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Workers are beyond friendly and helpful, I hate the banking app. It locks me out most days, and makes checking a balance the biggest pain. Hours are understandable, but still frustrating. Will likely change banks due to a the app making banking even more stressful.
