“I don't bank with commerce because of where I live but through the past I have had a few loans and both my stepsons banked there and one still does. My dad has received a health loan at commerce and recently had some trouble with his account at our bank and had to change his account status. A gentleman at Hays Commerce Bank jumped in and helped,thank you so much.”
“Banked here for years and love the fact they pay out for checking, savings, and cds and typically have higher rates than most banks. Their loan interest rates are traditionally lower than nearby banks. Their mobile app is easy to use and I like their mobile check deposit features. Their app allows account money transfers etc and is very user friendly. They have excellent options for kids savings and the kids love their prizes for saving money.Marlene Hoffman is typically who we use when we visit or call in and she’s always extremely helpful and then some. She’s very personable and gets us the answers we need asap and for this we will continue to bank with GPCU! Most of the workers at the Hays location are friendly and knowledgeable also.”
