“We moved our son in at Fort Hays yesterday morning and at lunch his coolant hose broke on his Tahoe in the restaurant parking lot. My husband was able to fix it enough so we could drive it (quickly) to Hays Chevrolet service department. We finally got there around 4pm and the service team jumped on it quickly and was able to fix it properly in about an hour. I know they had other customers and everyone hates the guy who pulls in at 4 pm, but these guys were great and got his car back on the road. We are from out of town so we are thankful for their help in a jam.”
“The wind caught our car door and we had damage inside the door. While Joe was looking at it, more came loose and we could not get the door shut. Joe made a temporary repair to get us by. His bid for the repair was the lowest. The insurance co. chose him and we were pleased with the repair. after a couple of days, he called to let me know the parts would be in the next day and they fixed it in one day.
