I start a quit working in Russell, I was towed down to their shop and they got me in and out within a few hours. I’ve never been taken care of this quickly and this professionally at any Peterbilt dealership ever!!! If I ever need parts of service. This is my go to place. People were great.

Had the front seal on the motor go out on me they got me in when the seal wasn't delivered by air freight the shop manger chris asked is wife to drive to Salina Kansas pick one up so they could get me going. Some of the best customer service right there above and behind. Highly recommend the shop for service in the future..
