The Hilton Garden Inn Hays is a beautiful and super nice property, often described as immaculate, modern, and very pretty inside. Guests find the rooms to be spacious, clean, up to date, large, and very comfortable, with features like automatic drapes and walk-in showers. The beds are noted as comfortable and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. The hotel is quiet, allowing for easy relaxation. The staff is consistently praised as welcoming, super friendly, helpful, nice, and exhibiting true hospitality, even during challenging circumstances like a storm. Amenities include a full bar, great areas to sit, an indoor heated pool, complementary morning coffee, and two Electric Vehicle Charging stations. Parking is easy and safe. Its location is just off I-70, with plenty of other food choices nearby and not too far from the historic downtown. Many guests state they will definitely stay again and highly recommend it over other local options.

Very comfortable rooms, quiet, easy to just relax and fall asleep after a long day on the road. Bathroom was well lit and clean, plenty of space. The shower was walk in. Staff were helpful.

This is such a nice hotel. It's way nicer than the Hampton Inn is. The Hilton Garden Inn also has two Electric Vehicle Charging stations. the Elevators are smooth. The staff is nice. The rooms are nice. Its warm and cozy in the rooms for the winter time. Overall recommend this hotel over the Hampton.
