“It was late in the day, and suddenly, no internet. We'd enjoyed Nex-Tech internet for more than a year and this was a first. I exhausted a gaggle of tips & tricks before ringing the help desk. Zach patiently explained the work order process, that it can take one to two business days, and he must have picked up on the urgency in my voice when I asked if it was a lost cause so late in the day. He advised that technicians sometimes are able to get to a call very late in the day, giving me a glimmer of hope that my wife wouldn't have to spend her evening at work finishing a project while I served dinner to company. Sure enough, Ethan showed up at the very end of his day to save mine. Here was someone who had to be tired and ready to go home but walked in with the kindest and most professional attitude, ready to tackle whatever gremlins might be lurking around my house, and internet was back up in breathtakingly short order. Major shout-outs to Ethan and Zach for listening, responding and CARING. These guys are real assets to their company, and their company deserves kudos for hiring such talent.”
