“We had a horrible experience with Verizon customer service. We went to the great bend store and they turned us away. Went to Hays and Michele saved the day. She made sure everything was good on our account.”

“I don’t write reviews much but when I do it’s because someone went above and beyond for us. My son was having some troubles with his phone so we decided to call Nex-Tech since we couldn’t figure it out at home. I was worried we were going to get someone who didn’t care or didn’t speak well enough english to understand our questions. BUT I WAS VERY WRONG!!! Dustin in the Customer Care department was nothing short of amazing. He was respectful, hard working, and understanding of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and treated me and my son like family. I asked if there was a survey that I could fill out to appreciate his help and he said we don’t have one but I also don’t need one. He said your kind words are all I need. I hope Nex-Tech shares this with him. He was truly amazing. I recommend the service to anyone who is considering switching! 100/10!!”

“I have a classic model BMW convertible which usually presents a unique set of challenges when it comes to replacing anything electronic. Chase did online research to determine the best solution to installing a new radio/amplifier. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Being a resident of Great Bend, he kept me well informed of any problems and solutions while doing the job. I highly recommend his professional services! Thanks Chase!”

“I thought the help I got a T-Mobile today was exceptional. It was more than I could figure out how to do on my own. I'll be back when I have problems again. Hopefully, not for a very long time and salesperson very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what she was doing.”

“Always friendly people working here, and just great service all around. The student phone plan is a life saver. You can't beat unlimited talk text and data for $20 a month and $5 monthly for insurance. The student phones are always at a decent price.”

“I hit a rock with my car and it destroyed my tire. I was in an urgent position the day before Christmas eve and needed help asap. James in automotive went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I can't thank him enough. Truly a blessing in a stressful time.”
