“I don’t write reviews much but when I do it’s because someone went above and beyond for us. My son was having some troubles with his phone so we decided to call Nex-Tech since we couldn’t figure it out at home. I was worried we were going to get someone who didn’t care or didn’t speak well enough english to understand our questions. BUT I WAS VERY WRONG!!! Dustin in the Customer Care department was nothing short of amazing. He was respectful, hard working, and understanding of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and treated me and my son like family. I asked if there was a survey that I could fill out to appreciate his help and he said we don’t have one but I also don’t need one. He said your kind words are all I need. I hope Nex-Tech shares this with him. He was truly amazing. I recommend the service to anyone who is considering switching! 100/10!!”
