Josh and the service department were an incredible help. We were traveling from Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Estes Park, Colorado, on our honeymoon and our car broke down just outside of Russell, Kansas. We had issues getting a rental due to not having a credit card on hand (only cash and debit), and were practically stuck. The service department fit us in the same day to try and see if anything could be done. They did their best to get us help. Sadly, it seemed like the repair work and getting the parts in were just going to take too long for us to wait around. We ultimately decided to just trade in the car we had for something on their lot. Josh worked with us and got us in a Dodge Durango. Now, we’re on our way to our honeymoon and just a few hours off schedule! Thank you to everyone who helped us out and we really appreciate how kind everyone was at this dealership.

On our way home from Colorado Friday night the front of our GMC Yukon began to make a grinding noise that we could feel. We felt so blessed to have Scott the service manager and Callen the tech to work us in on a Saturday morning when they were already booked for the day. The wheel bearing went out. Highly appreciated and recommend.Thanks guys!!!

Robert Brogden Hays service department denied a warranty claim that was approved by a different dealership (I moved away while part was being shipped to that one). I have a GMC truck which had a poor application of film on the front grille, and it started flaking off. I brought it to the dealership which I purchased the new truck from and they approved the repair. They said that if the flaking had been caused by rock chips it wouldn't have been covered, but when they specifically looked for that they didn't see any evidence of it. They ordered a new grille and I told them that I would be moving so hopefully the part would arrive before I left. They said it should show up in time, but unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. I showed up to this dealership and told them this, and the service counter employee took my information down, and also took some pictures on their phone of the damage. They showed the service manager the next day and they replied that since the case was already being handled by a different dealership they couldn't do anything. When I asked if they needed me to call them and have them close it out, they then said "well actually it's because of rock damage so we can't fix it do to that." Needless to say I will remember this warranty denial after a separate dealership approved it when I go to purchase another new vehicle. Their reasoning seems so shady to me.

Do not buy a car from these people, they will lie to you to scam you out of your vehicle. We had an agreement and they backed out giving the usual B.S that you'd expect from a dealership from them. We kept our end of the bargain, they failed to do so. Businesses are built on honor, when your word is your honor and a handshake is a deal, not a bunch of B.S. like they gave us. If a dealership lies to you then the dealership CAN'T be trusted. This dealership is definitely in my opinion a complete sham in order to screw you out of your car(money) so they can triple the price and make money.

Overall the experience was excellent. I was disappointed to hear that they were not going to be a GMC dealer beginning in March of this year
