“I came to the Garage after another shop nearby that I had been going to for 15 years did not do the basic inspection on the battery (lots of corrosion) during a recent oil change causing me to need to call AAA. After this incident I was concerned what else could be an issue because I transport my 87 year old mother around.
I asked the Garage to perform an over all inspection as well as an inspection of the starting/charging systems. They found even though AAA replaced the battery there was still a great deal of corrosion on the terminals. They provided a thorough analysis of all systems and let me know of things that need attention. I love the idea of supporting a family business. They are fairly priced and I look forward to doing business with them for a long time!”

“First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. This staff all were so polite and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. My point being that I'm sure it's not the most exciting or fun job, but you wouldn't know by the way they portrayed themselves. Whoever is their boss I sure hope you take good care of them because just by their customer service alone, I'll be a repeat customer!”

“It was fine. A little beat up, a little dirty, but not very many options for self service car washes. It was on a busy enough street corner that I did not feel unsafe washing my car there alone. Make sure to always tug on the card reader to watch out for swimmers, there is no tap to pay here.”

“Moon was the employee that helped me and went above and beyond to make an impressionable experience. Moon is professional and knowledgeable on the services. My car was rattling and he was kind enough to take a second to look at my car and was able to tell me what was wrong. Additionally, the wash didn’t get all of the soap off, so they made sure to make it right and let me go through a second time. “This place is great for a quick wash or full cleaning. Water pressure seems very adequate and always happy with the results. Only criticism is I wish the rotating arms in the ceiling were longer to help prevent the hoses from slapping against my pickup.”

This place doesn't look like much, but it will get your ride clean and do so for less than most other car washes. If this spot is close to home or you travel through this area regularly then this car wash is worth the stop.
Works real well, got my Ford Super Dirty real clean. Older car wash but seems to be well maintained. Sould bring cash or coins as the time limit is real short when paying with a card.”

“In our neighborhood we receive yearly coupons to indulge in the "Tommy's Express" experience. The kids love the light show but you only do this at dark. It is almost like a laser show experience the kids tell me. The red is the best one for me. Free vacuum and mat service helps wrap this package. They offer a free month when signing up for packages and several vehicles with this. How can you do wrong receiving this? Employees are always smiling and the lot is always free of clutter and trash. It always looks exciting when we arrive. Thank you”
