“Chris and his team were able to diagnose and fix a relatively complex transaxle issue with my gen 2 Prius and replace the hybrid battery. I took it to Midwest after Eddy's Toyota misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken.
Chris will use OEM parts and I trust him and his team to diagnose and fix hybrid related issues more than the Toyota dealership in town. I would recommend him to any other hybrid owners.
They communicated clearly with me through the whole repair process and Chris provided excellent customer service. They aren't much cheaper than the dealership service department, but they did the job right when others couldn't.
I'll definitely take my hybrid back.”

“Are company wild West Express used this towing n roadside service. They came out last night on a service call to try n fix the air problem in my truck(international). Couldn't do it on the road the gentleman that came out was very professional courteous n respectful! So this morning Alive n another gentleman came out to tow my truck n trailer to the international dealership. They also was very professional n respectful!
