“Chris and his team were able to diagnose and fix a relatively complex transaxle issue with my gen 2 Prius and replace the hybrid battery. I took it to Midwest after Eddy's Toyota misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken.
Chris will use OEM parts and I trust him and his team to diagnose and fix hybrid related issues more than the Toyota dealership in town. I would recommend him to any other hybrid owners.
They communicated clearly with me through the whole repair process and Chris provided excellent customer service. They aren't much cheaper than the dealership service department, but they did the job right when others couldn't.
I'll definitely take my hybrid back.”

“I called for a tow on the highway with the highway patrolman right there saying do I I need help... I advise them no I do not because I have Ken's Auto Tow on the way to get me and they showed up in just under 10 minutes to get me off the highway. They went above and beyond to not only get me to the mechanic but dropped me off at home on the way back! Way to go this company has top-notch customer service”

“My vehicle got totaled yesterday evening. The police called for a tow. I have never been in an accident, and last night someone hit my husband. I was rushing to get there but EMS had already taken my husband within minutes! I was so stressed out & I didn't have a clue what to do. Wyatt & Jaden explained everything to me, gave me a ride down the street to my home & helped me unload all of my work gear. They even carried my equipment into the house for me. By that time I had more questions. They took their time & helped me to really understand which helped me to calm down & feel better. They were truly great & went over & beyond to help. Just outstanding service! I don't know if I ever thanked them. If not, please tell them thank you & I appreciate their hard work! That Honda was amazing! And they grabbed the badge for me that was broken off! And they seen I was shaken up & they even got a couple pics for me.”
