“I want to start out by saying Max is awesome! I needed a tow for a car with a bad alternator. The car was stuck and wouldn't go in neutral. I setup a tow with roadside and the first company that was dispatched took over 2 hours to contact me. Once they contacted me I told them the issue. They stated they would have to drag my back tires and that I needed to contact my insurance company to have them send someone else out with a wheel lift and dolly. Once my insurance company dispatched someone else I got a called from Kidd's Towing and the lady was super helpful. She explained that I had an emergency neutral release button in my center console that would allow me to put it in neutral and move my vehicle. Once Max came out I watched him from start to finish just because I wanted to see how he did things compared to what I was being told from the other company. I will just say I was very impressed by Max. You could tell he had been towing cars for a long time. I want to thank him again because that day turned into a nightmare that would have been avoided if the first company took the time to do their job.”

“Travis helped me out today in a pinch when my car broke down near the shop. He was friendly and went out of his way to help me with my immediate concern, allowing us to make it back home safely. He even showed me what to do if I had problems on my way home as we live 40 minutes away. His kindness and willingness to help on short notice really turned around a rough day for us! “I had an accident and drove off a curb which resulted in my car getting stuck. My cars warranty called a tow company and arranged for them to come help me. That company was TERRIBLE so I canceled and requested a new one. Jesse with TNT was sent out and he was so amazing! He was very quick to get to me and make sure to keep me updated on his ETA. He helped get my car down which took a lot of work and maneuvering but he did it with no damage to my car. Not only that but he was very nice and didn’t ridicule me for the accident. He even went as far to look at my car to make sure it was safe to drive until I could take it to the dealership (100% not giving false information or promises on my cars condition but checking to make sure no oil or fluids were leaking.) I definitely recommend them for if you need towing. I’m not sure of the prices because it was covered with my insurance but whatever they charge is worth it.”

“My vehicle got totaled yesterday evening. The police called for a tow. I have never been in an accident, and last night someone hit my husband. I was rushing to get there but EMS had already taken my husband within minutes! I was so stressed out & I didn't have a clue what to do. Wyatt & Jaden explained everything to me, gave me a ride down the street to my home & helped me unload all of my work gear. They even carried my equipment into the house for me. By that time I had more questions. They took their time & helped me to really understand which helped me to calm down & feel better. They were truly great & went over & beyond to help. Just outstanding service! I don't know if I ever thanked them. If not, please tell them thank you & I appreciate their hard work! That Honda was amazing! And they grabbed the badge for me that was broken off! And they seen I was shaken up & they even got a couple pics for me.”
