“I honestly cannot say I'm even a customer yet when I found myself in their parking lot because the tire on the back of my motorcycle went flat I didn't even have to ask for assistance. Once they noticed my flat tire they immediately offered their air compressor which I didn't even know they had. We attempted to air up my tire and quickly noticed a big hole letting the air right back out. They even had a screw that fit into the hole which allowed me to air it up and get back home. You all saved me today and I thank you very much! Not only did you help me and my bike get home but also reminded me that there are great people out there still. It's amazing how the little things sometimes can have the biggest of impacts. I wish success upon you and your families and I look forward to paying it forward myself. Great people!”

“It was a chilly, fall evening. The sunset was beautiful and my daughters and I were happily driving home after spending some quality time with my sister. As we drove home we chit chatted and waited for our light to turn green. After it did, we proceeded to speed up and try to get home, then suddenly my daughter yells “there’s a deer!”. I did not see it, until it was trying to make it over the hood of the car. He came out of the left side and non chalantly pranced right into the left front side of my car. Then tried to jump, but failed miserably. His hefty body and good sized horns did a number on the side of the car. We heard a loud thud, scrapes and then nothing. All three of us girls were holding our breath’s thinking we just killed it. Or it just killed itself. But, there was no body, he must have ran off, the only proof it ever happened, was the missing divers side mirror and damage to the whole left side of the vehicle. We made the mistake of notifying the sherif, waited 40 minutes for them to arrive. Take a report that included questions like “where were the girls born? Where do they go to school?” After that ordeal and questioning my life decisions, I decided to make the smartest decision of all this mess. I got a quote from three businesses, including Encinos body shop. One was disqualified for lack of professionalism and not getting back to me, the other one for charging over $1k more than Encinos. And after talking to the owner of Encinos, I knew this was the right person. We left our car at his shop and left on vacation, like the accident never happened. Upon return, we had the car waiting outside his body shop looking like it never encountered a suicidal deer. My daughter was ecstatic, since she drives that car to school, and I was happy there was no evidence of my encounter with the deer. My husband reluctantly handed over the money and was pretty impressed with the workmanship. We all were impressed at how clean the car was left, it was a complete job and now we will never go elsewhere. If you need any body work done on your vehicle, save yourself the trouble and just go straight to Encinos body shop. He has the experience, professionalism and talent to do a great job and you will not be disappointed. Hopefully I don’t need him again, but it’s good to know he is there in case I do.Services: Body & Trim”
