“Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...”

“Kerby assisted me with loading heavy bags of mulch this morning. She was so helpful and patient. I had done very little shopping at Lowe’s previously. There is a Home Depot nearby that I have patronized but they never offer assistance and their male employees ignore requests for assistance. Today’s experience at Lowe’s was so positive that I will do my shopping there in the future. Kerby is an outstanding employee.”
