“So let go ahead and get this out of the way ...my motorcycle was impounded here ... Well Mike's took care of my bike. Needless to say I came up with the fee's which weren't anywhere near as awful as would've been in Wichita. So I had some difficult time getting the funds together along with a way there...I called informed the staff that I was coming but definitely need some extra time and if they wouldn't mind staying after closing so I can get my motorcycle. The greatest feeling was when they said they'd give me more time than I thought they'd give me so I didn't have to wait another day and possibly lose my motorcycle to fees .So I finally make it and I'm greatful again because well my tires needed air and my battery was dead . Mike took some more of his time helped me jump my motorcycle and went back in the garage turned on the air compressor let it charge back up let me use the air ,brought a tire gauge out. So I made it home safe and sound...I would recommend mikes auto service for a major reason and this is .... that Mike himself stayed after closing. Took extra time to allow me to use equipment to get my bike road worthy. Mike was friendly didn't rush me , he was concerned about my motorcycle and made sure that it left his property and business in top operating order.Mike had done nothing more than give his time for a person who was arrested and had his bike in impound . Being someone who isn't in good graces with authorities Mike didn't look at me different and still treated me like gold .Thanks Mike...you are a hero and I'm thankful for you and your wife . You both were great and professional and put extra in with my situation and I don't doubt you vary in any direction. Good hearted people .”

“I live in Ohio and purchased a new 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE from my local dealer. It was a nightmare ordeal from start to finish. Because I had such issues with the dealer I started a google search to see if they were trying to overcharge me for extended service and maintenance plans. I quickly found various sites, including Toyota Nation, that had several posts from customers like me questioning their dealership pricing. I found that nearly everyone who replied highly recommended Jerry Johnson from Midwest Toyota. Not only did I learn that I didn't have to buy warranties from the same dealer I purchased the car from, and could buy from ANY Toyota dealer across the US, along with the fact I didn't have to buy the same day I purchased my vehicle either. I told my local dealer to remove the warranties and quickly contacted Jerry. Let me tell you, everything that everyone said about Jerry is completely accurate. He does indeed sell authentic Toyota warranties (not 3rd party), he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and a real blessing to work with. Lastly, the service warranty my local dealership offered was 8 yr/75,000 miles at almost TWICE the price of Jerry and had the nerve to brag about how they were giving me a great deal at just $200.00 over cost to make up for their mistakes made with my car deal. After speaking with Jerry I had a smile on my face for the first time in days after dealing with my local dealership. He has been the best part of our new car purchase and would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a Toyota vehicle and want to add a warranty.”

They were very kind and explained everything in detail to her, about what needed done and even gave her a $50.00 discount! They have a wonderful, clean, & accommodationing waiting area. Were they have a personal who brings you drinks, salespeople who answered all of her questions about trading her current car on, for a new 1. They offered us a shuttle to anywhere in the city, while we waited the 2+ hours. We stayed there. The only "ding" was the tv didn't wouldn't work. And in fairness I didn't bother asking for help, I'm sure they would have gotten it on for me!”
