It is usually clean and well-stocked.
However, the store has tight parking spaces and prices that are a bit higher than most other places, though some feel prices aren't terrible. There are very few cashiers, which clogs up the self checkouts, and the carts need maintenance. A recent shelf reset has made product arrangement confusing and created more shelves out of reach. Finding help can be slow. New self checkout machines are in place, and the store is known to prosecute for even small thefts. Sometimes, specific fresh items like a head of lettuce can be out of stock.

I love Dillons I'd rather shop at Dillon's than I would Walmart I am not a Walmart person I can walk in Dillon's I know we're pretty much where everything's at and I don't have to worry about walking around people cuz they're standing there talking

Well stocked and organized. Clerks are friendly and helpful. Great sale prices.
