Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience.Additionally, we encountered Danielle at the front desk during checkout, and she was equally delightful. Her pleasant attitude and efficiency made the checkout process seamless and pleasant.Furthermore, we had a maintenance issue with our toilet, and the cleaning staff promptly responded to resolve it. Their quick action and professionalism were greatly appreciated.Overall, we were impressed by the cleanliness, safety measures, and overall quality of service provided by the entire organization. “After picking up my brother in the local hospital after a surgery, My wife and aunt suggested we stay for the night before heading home and the hotel was the closest and most reasonable rate so they booked a room while My brother and I stayed at the hospital, awhile later he was discharged early and came to the room with us. The innkeeper was a nice young lady that clearly could see the state of My brother and his recent injury. When we asked what the extra fee would be for him and I being there she promptly said that money wasn't the most important thing but she wanted to make sure he was ok. After explaining that he was just released from the hospital and not in need of a hospital like it may have appeared, she was welcoming, compassionate and understanding. This was the standout part of my stay here. The room was clean and modern, The breakfast was yummy and had a great variety for a standard Continental breakfast but above all else she was a caring business woman. The transaction is the least important part of the stay. The genuine hospitality was worth the room rate 100 times over. If I ever need a room in Hutchinson Kansas again, I will check here first. Some things money can't buy, hospitality and compassion being two of those. I wish I could give ten stars but this hotel deserves every bit of the five stars I'm allowed.”

“It was ok. The room was clean. There is nothing fancy here, no room service etc. There is a Mac Donald's a block or so away but that's the closest food option it's within walking distance.”
