“I lived here for about two years. It is a beautiful and quiet area. I never had any issues with the apartment and Tracy has been extremely easy to work with. Most negative reviews likely were not communicating issues with the property manager. The only downside is the road the buildings are on is also the road to a local school so expect some traffic during pickup and dropoff times on school days.
In summary, this has been the best experience I've had with renting an apartment! I'll always miss my time at Quinton Point”
“I’m personally not a fan of these apartments but the new management has been amazing. The office manager Maelene is amazing and has gone out of her way to assist my disabled mother. She alone gives me hope that with the new management there will be improvements. Thanks Maelene!!!”

“Needed an apartment for military contract. Was honestly one of the best apartments we got to live in. Kansas isn’t my favorite state to travel to so far but these apartments def made it a better/easier experience. Very timely on maintenance, very professional on fixing miscommunications/ issues, and very welcoming and understanding of rotations with leasing contracts :)”
