“We are retirees who made the decision to sell our home and live a more relaxed lifestyle with fewer time consuming responsibilities and expenses. We knew Manhattan was our community of choice, but not being experienced apartment dwellers we were understandably nervous. No need to be!! Stone Pointe has been a wonderful experience and location. Beautiful scenery, large apartments, tastefully done with tremendous amounts of storage, and a wonderful staff. The area is quiet and peaceful, we have a ground floor unit which works well for us and a lovely patio to enjoy. Our neighbors are all warm and friendly. We are home!”
